Tammy is a licensed clinical professional counselor who offers compassionate, comprehensive mental health care rooted in a personalized, trauma‑informed approach. She is deeply committed to holistic wellness—addressing the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of health—and works to empower clients to face life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and renewed confidence.

With years of experience supporting individuals who live with co‑occurring disorders, Tammy understands the importance of tailoring care to the unique needs of each person. She believes that no two journeys are the same, and she takes time to listen, validate, and collaborate with her clients to ensure that treatment is both meaningful and effective.

Her practice integrates evidence‑based strategies with genuine empathy, drawing on modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These approaches allow Tammy to help clients process trauma, reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and build practical coping skills that support long‑term healing and growth.

Tammy’s counseling style is both supportive and empowering. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop healthier perspectives, and strengthen their ability to navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional struggles. Her goal is not only to help clients heal from past wounds but also to equip them with tools to thrive in the present and future.

Whether working with individuals seeking relief from anxiety or depression, those navigating trauma recovery, or clients striving for greater balance in their lives, Tammy brings a steady, compassionate presence to the therapeutic process. She views counseling as a collaborative partnership and considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients as they move toward greater wholeness and well‑being.
